Job summary

You will coordinate with architects and consultants, ensure documentation is complete, and comply with codes and authority requirements while managing multiple projects and tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Certificate in Architecture or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of architectural practice experience.
• Experience in high-end residential/mixed developments preferred.
• Strong knowledge of authority submissions and construction detailing.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and develop architectural drawings from concept to construction stage.
• Liaise closely with architects and consultants for technical coordination.
• Maintain proper documentation and drawing records.
• Lead drawing production and ensure quality control of team output.
• Ensure compliance with building codes and authority requirements.
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines independently.
