Job summary

DHL Global Forwarding Malaysia is seeking a customer-focused Domestics Executive to manage shipment bookings, coordinate domestic and airfreight operations, and ensure timely execution with outstanding service.

Based at Iskandar Puteri, Johor, the role requires a Diploma/Degree in Logistics or related field, minimum 2 years in freight forwarding or customer service operations, strong communication and stakeholder management, and proficiency in MS Office; CW1 experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Diploma and/or Degree in Logistics, Transportation, and/or Business Studies with minor in logistics and supply chain
• Experience with minimum 2 years’ in freight forwarding, supply chain or customer service operations
• Strong customer service mindset with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Good problem-solving abilities with a customer-focused mindset.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications(Word, Excel & PowerPoint); CW1 experience will be an added advantage
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and quality.
• This position is located at Iskandar Puteri, Johor

Responsibilities

• Manage and process customer shipment bookings accurately and efficiently.
• Coordinate shipment movements with internal operations teams, transport providers and DHL network offices.
• Monitor shipments from booking through delivery, ensuring service commitments are met.
• Prepare and verify shipping documentation in compliance with operational and regulatory requirements.
• Proactively resolve shipment exceptions and provide timely updates to customers.
• Build strong customer relationships and deliver outstanding customer service.
• Maintain accurate shipment records and system updates.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and service quality.
