Job summary

NIQ is a leading consumer intelligence company seeking a Senior Executive, Industry Insights & Customer Success to serve as a trusted advisor to clients, driving adoption and value realization across organizations.

This role focuses on managing key client relationships, delivering high-impact insights, and supporting commercial growth across China-based clients and other markets. Strong data storytelling and Mandarin proficiency are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in business, economics, marketing, statistics, data analytics, market research, or related field.
• 4–7 years of experience in customer success, market intelligence, consultancy, analytics, category management, or client-facing insight roles.
• Proven experience managing client relationships and multiple stakeholder groups.
• Strong data storytelling and consultative problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to proactively identify business challenges and opportunities.
• Experience presenting recommendations to senior business stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of market trends, competitive intelligence, consumer behavior, and commercial performance drivers.
• Experience driving customer engagement, adoption, and value realization.
• Ability to identify growth opportunities and support commercial discussions.
• Experience coaching junior team members is advantageous.
• Excellent project management, presentation, communication, and influencing skills.
• Native or business-level Mandarin proficiency is required to support China-based clients.
• Experience working with China market clients will be highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead key client engagements and strategic discussions.
• Transform complex market and competitive intelligence into actionable business recommendations.
• Identify emerging trends and growth opportunities.
• Develop strategic narratives supported by data and industry expertise.
• Influence client decision-making through fact-based recommendations.
• Build and execute adoption plans for assigned clients.
• Expand user engagement and platform utilization.
• Demonstrate measurable business value and ROI.
• Partner with clients to overcome adoption barriers and maximize outcomes.
• Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
• Collaborate with commercial teams during renewals and business development activities.
• Contribute to client retention and account growth strategies.
• Mentor junior team members and review client deliverables and presentations.

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, Statistics, Data Analytics, Market Research, or related fields.
