NielsenIQ is seeking a Manager, Industry Insights & Customer Success (P5) to lead strategic partnerships with regional accounts and drive commercial growth across markets. You will influence senior stakeholders, align cross-country teams, and deliver industry insights to support client success.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in business, economics, statistics, marketing, data analytics or related field.
- 8+ years in customer success, consulting, market intelligence, or strategic client leadership roles.
- Proven success managing executive-level client relationships and influencing business decisions.
- Strong commercial acumen with a track record of identifying growth opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Act as trusted advisor to senior stakeholders and lead executive engagements.
- Manage regional client portfolios across multiple countries and categories.
- Develop industry perspectives and advisory content for clients.
- Identify growth opportunities and partner with commercial teams to drive revenue.
- Mentor Customer Success and Insights professionals and standardize engagement quality.
