Job summary

NIQ is seeking a Manager, Regional Consulting & Insights to lead strategic client impact and commercial growth across Asia. You will blend senior-level client engagement with thought leadership and work closely with regional analytics and country teams.

The role requires leading high-impact engagements, creating regional POVs and frameworks, and driving revenue growth while ensuring top-tier client experience across multiple markets in APAC.

Qualifications

5+ years’ experience in management consulting, strategy, insights, or analytics, ideally within FMCG, retail, or consumer sectors.
Proven track record of leading senior client engagements and influencing decision-makers.
Experience driving commercial outcomes (revenue growth, upsell, pipeline creation).
People leadership experience, including coaching and developing managers.
Regional or multi-market APAC experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

Act as a senior strategic partner to key regional and local clients across Asia.
Lead C-suite and senior leadership conversations, shaping agendas rather than reacting to briefs.
Elevate client relationships from delivery-focused to value- and outcome-driven partnerships.
Translate complex data into simple, compelling narratives that drive action.
Drive day to day regional insights across Asia.
