Job summary

Allianz is seeking a Digital Partnerships Manager to lead portfolio growth, oversee onboarding projects, and collaborate with internal teams to optimize digital distribution channels.

You will analyze partner performance, manage campaigns, and coordinate with Product, Marketing, Operations, and Technology teams to drive measurable business growth across fintech, e-commerce, and digital banking ecosystems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Insurance, Finance, Digital Business, or equivalent.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience within Life Insurance, Digital Partnerships, Business Development, FinTech, E‑Commerce, Digital Banking, or related industries.
• Good understanding of Life Insurance products and digital distribution channels.
• Experience managing partners, projects, or strategic initiatives.
• Strong commercial mindset and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation capabilities.
• Familiarity with APIs, CRM platforms, digital ecosystems, and customer acquisition channels.
• Proficient in AI-enabled productivity tools such as ChatGPT for task simplification.

Responsibilities

• Identify, assess, onboard, and manage digital partners across fintech, digital banking, e-commerce, healthcare, loyalty, and ecosystem platforms.
• Develop and execute growth plans for assigned partner portfolios.
• Evaluate partnership opportunities and prepare business recommendations for management review.
• Participate in commercial discussions and implementation planning for new partnerships.
• Lead onboarding projects and coordinate cross-functional workstreams to ensure successful launches.
• Manage partner performance against sales, conversion, acquisition, and engagement targets.
• Analyze customer journeys, partner performance, and campaign effectiveness for growth opportunities.
• Prepare business reviews and performance reports for partners and management.
• Drive initiatives to improve digital sales conversion, customer experience, and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Operations, Underwriting, and Technology teams to achieve business objectives.
