Job summary

AEON Bank is seeking a Partnership Manager for our emerging digital banking venture. You will shape robust partnership management practices and oversee partnership lifecycle across projects.

You will lead RFP processes, ensure governance, collaborate with legal and finance, and drive strategic growth by expanding the partner ecosystem and aligning partner capabilities with product development.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end tech RFPs/RFQs, define criteria, negotiate vendors, ROI models.
• Author and defend papers before PROC-C, MANCO, and BOD for high-value tech buys.
• Maintain renewal governance with 60–90 day tracking to prevent lapses.
• Coordinate contracts through Legal Review and secure Shariah Governance.
• Approve tech invoices against POs/contracts/DOA limits.
• Resolve billing disputes and scope changes.
• Set KPIs/metrics for partners and monitor performance.
• Assess and manage partner risk; report on performance.
• Drive strategic initiatives to grow partnership ecosystem.
• Foster innovation by integrating partners with product development.
• Lead cross-functional onboarding and lifecycle management.

In this dynamic role within our emerging digital banking venture, you will serve as a Partnership Manager. Your mission is to shape robust partnership management practices. You will dedicate a significant portion of your time overseeing partnership management, maintaining a holistic perspective on all projects.

Job Responsibilities

Procurement Management & Committee Submissions:

• RFP/RFQ Leadership: End-to-end project management of Tech RFPs/RFQs, defining evaluation criteria, vendor negotiations, and ROI modeling.
• Paper Authorship & Defense: Author and defend formal papers before PROC-C, MANCO, and BOD for high-value tech purchases.
• Renewal Governance: Proactive 60–90 day tracking register to prevent lapsed contracts.
• Compliance Orchestration: Direct contracts through Legal Review and secure Shariah Governance approval prior to execution.

Tech Invoicing & Financial Control:

• Financial Approval: Financial sign-off on incoming Tech invoices against approved POs, contracts, and Delegation of Authority (DOA) limits.
• Dispute Resolution: Resolve billing discrepancies, payment blockages, and scope changes.

Performance Metrics and Risk Mitigation

• Establish and monitor performance metrics and KPIs for partners, emphasizing flexibility for a rapidly evolving digital landscape.
• Assess and manage risks associated with partners.
• Provide regular updates on partner performance.

Strategic Growth and Innovation

• Drive strategic initiatives to expand the bank’s partnership ecosystem and identify new growth opportunities.
• Foster innovation by integrating partner capabilities with internal product development to enhance customer experience.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration to streamline partner onboarding and lifecycle management processes.
