Job summary

TDCX in Malaysia (Kuala Lumpur) is seeking a Senior Digital Product Expert to own end-to-end product delivery. You will align priorities with the squad, drive high‑quality products, and manage stakeholder expectations through the full lifecycle.

You will collaborate with squads to define features, write user stories, create wireframes, and document releases. AI tools usage and agile practices will be part of daily work, enabling measurable business value.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years of experience in digital product roles with direct product ownership.
• Proficient in Jira and Figma.
• Familiar with agile methodologies and user-centred product design.
• Comfortable using AI tools to improve productivity and product thinking.

Responsibilities

• Act as a Senior Product Owner over specific digital product(s) end-to-end and work closely with the Squad.
• Lead to align on priorities and delivery.
• Work closely with the squad to deliver high‑quality products that create measurable value for the business and users.
• Lead the full product lifecycle for assigned products (requirements, design, delivery, and iteration).
• Define features, write user stories, create wireframes, test plans, and release documentation.
• Proactively communicate progress, risks, and blockers to the Squad Leader to ensure alignment at all times.
• Collaborate with and manage stakeholders to gather requirements, align priorities, and manage delivery expectations.
• Represent products in reviews, demos, and reporting.
• Lead with clarity and purpose (setting direction, unblocking the team, and ensuring alignment across delivery).
• Foster a collaborative squad culture built on shared ownership, problem-solving, and continuous learning.
• Ensure all documentation and releases comply with internal best practices and quality governance standards.
