Job summary

Fit First in Malaysia is seeking a Senior Digital Marketing Executive to own growth, strengthen brand presence and drive measurable sales. You will lead end-to-end digital strategies, oversee multi-platform campaigns, and mentor junior marketers.

You’ll collaborate with sales, design and product teams to ensure alignment, manage Google, Facebook, TikTok ads for ROAS, and optimize funnels for higher conversions. Fluent in English and Malay with strong writing and communication skills are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 5 years of proven experience in digital marketing, with leadership exposure.
• Strong knowledge of paid media in meta,tik tok and ecommerce and CRM/email automation.
• Familiar with social media platforms including Facebook, TikTok, IG Reels
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills
• Fluent in English, and Malay with excellent writing and communication

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with influencers, affiliates, and athletes to expand brand reach

Fit First is a Malaysian sports nutrition brand under Nutrition Pro Group, an established company in the fitness and supplement industry since 2011. We are looking for a Senior Digital Marketing Executive to take ownership of Fit First's marketing growth, strengthen our brand presence and drive measurable sales results.

Key responsibilities

About you
