Job summary

JM Education Group Sdn Bhd, headquartered in Subang Jaya Selangor, invites a Digital Marketing Executive to lead the marketing team and drive digital campaigns for student counselling services and university partners. You will manage social media, content creation, and events while optimizing lead generation and performance across platforms.

We seek a bachelor or diploma holder with ≥3 years’ leadership in marketing, strong English, Malay, and optional Mandarin, and willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in any field.
• Experience leading a marketing team is required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Marketing team and manage digital marketing campaigns and media buying decisions.
• Monitor performance across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and Google and implement improvements.
• Research and propose innovative channels to reach students and parents.
• Produce campaign reports and analyses.
• Manage JM website and social media accounts, publish YouTube/TikTok videos, testimonials, photos and write ups.
• Strategize to improve targeted digital marketing for sustainable lead generation.
• Promote JM counselling services and university/college partnerships.
• Plan and coordinate education roadshows, campaigns, information sessions and exhibitions.
• Meet company KPI.

Job description

To lead the Marketing team and manage digital marketing campaigns and media buying decisions

Effectively monitor the overall performance of digital marketing campaigns using social media platform such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and Google and implement improvements

Research and propose innovative channels to further outreach to students and parents

Produce relevant campaign reports and analyses

Manage JM website and social media accounts, including publishing content such as YouTube and TikTok video, peer experiential testimonials, photos, and write ups

To strategize ways to improve targeted digital marketing with a view of generating sustainable and increasing leads generation

Undertake marketing and promotion activities to promote counselling services of JM & the products of universities and colleges

Plan and coordinate JM education roadshows, campaigns, information sessions, and exhibitions

To meet company KPI.

Requirements:

Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor Degree/ Diploma in any fields

Required languages: English, Bahasa Melayu and Mandarin (optional).

Able to lead and work independently with least supervision

Outgoing & pleasant personality, mature, good interpersonal & communication skills and customer service skills

At least 3 years of experience in leading a team of marketers

Willing to travel
