Job summary

Malaysia Aviation Group is seeking a Senior Executive, Digital Insights to plan and track digital marketing activities, analyze online performance, and generate insights that drive key commercial metrics.

The role requires collaboration with Marketing Planning & Analytics and cross-functional teams to align data requirements with business goals. The candidate should have strong analytical skills and hands-on experience with analytics tools.

Qualifications

:- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, data analytics or related field.
2–4 years of digital analytics/marketing analytics experience.
Proficiency in Adobe Analytics; experience in customer journeys, funnels and conversion data.
Experience building dashboards and performance reports with data visualization tools.

Responsibilities

:Plan and monitor the performance of digital marketing activities and initiatives.
Analyze data from multiple sources to identify trends and actionable insights.
Interpret data and provide recommendations to optimise digital strategies and campaign performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and ensure data accuracy and integrity.
Develop reports, dashboards, and visualisations to communicate insights to stakeholders.
Conduct in-depth analysis of user behaviour, journeys, and conversion funnels to identify improvement opportunities.
Monitor KPIs to measure effectiveness of digital marketing initiatives.
Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in digital analytics.
