Job summary

Digitas Malaysia is seeking a Data Analyst to turn data into actionable insights for client marketing efforts. You will handle daily to monthly performance analysis, build dashboards, and collaborate on measurement plans across campaigns in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of relevant experience, an undergraduate degree, and fluency in English and Vietnamese. You will join the Data & Analysis team to deliver data-driven storytelling and strategic recommendations.

Qualifications

• Experience with social analytics across platforms.
• Familiar with social listening tools (Talkwalker, Meltwater, Sprinklr, Pulsar).
• Define keyword taxonomy and Boolean queries for client needs.
• Experience building dashboards in social listening tools.
• Proficient in Excel or scripting for analysis.
• Able to work in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
• Strong prioritization and communication skills.
• Team-oriented with attention to detail.
• 1–3 years in a relevant role; undergraduate degree.
• Fluent in English and Vietnamese.

Responsibilities

• Keep pulse on daily, weekly and monthly performance data from analytics platforms.
• Work with reporting systems and databases to create recurring reports and dashboards.
• Identify data nuances to optimize clients' business through brainstorming.
• Support marketing initiatives across project lifecycles, including measurement plans and reporting.
• Expand industry knowledge through internal training.
• Handle ad hoc requests: root-cause analysis, reporting, and data insights generation.
