Job summary

Sunway Berhad in Malaysia is seeking a Digital Analytics Lead to analyse digital performance, build dashboards, and translate data into actionable business insights for senior management. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required in a relevant field.
3–5 years of experience in Digital Strategy, Digital Analytics, Marketing Analytics, or related discipline.
Strong ability to interpret data, identify trends, and translate insights into strategic recommendations.
Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint with ability to present insights to senior stakeholders.
Excellent business acumen, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Strong presentation and stakeholder management skills, with confidence engaging senior management and cross-functional teams.
Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is a plus.
Self-motivated, curious, and passionate about leveraging digital insights and AI to drive impact.

Responsibilities

Analyse digital and social media performance and provide actionable insights.
Develop and maintain performance dashboards and reports for senior management.
Conduct social listening, market intelligence, and competitor benchmarking.
Translate data into meaningful business insights for digital communications and branding.
Collaborate with stakeholders to align digital strategies with corporate objectives.
Identify opportunities to enhance digital performance through segmentation and channel optimization.
Monitor developments in AI, analytics tools, and best practices to strengthen the digital ecosystem.
Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment with objectives.
