Job summary

Sun Life Malaysia seeks a Digital Insights Analyst to lead the Digital Insights function, establishing performance measurement frameworks and driving data-led decisions across Client and Digital. You will govern KPIs, develop executive dashboards, and partner with Digital, Marketing, Operations and Customer Experience to improve customer experience and digital adoption.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field.
5–7 years in digital analytics, BI, or digital performance.
Advanced data analytics, BI, and executive reporting capabilities.
Experience defining KPI standards and governance.

Responsibilities

Establish digital measurement frameworks and define analytical priorities.
Identify opportunities and provide recommendations influencing decisions.
Own KPI governance and reporting frameworks across Client & Digital.
Deliver executive scorecards, dashboards, and governance for digital performance.
Lead end-to-end analysis of customer journeys across digital channels.
Quantify friction points and drive backlog prioritization.
Maintain the Digital Insights roadmap aligned with business objectives.
Lead AI, Copilot, predictive analytics and automation initiatives.
