Astro Malaysia Holdings Berhad seeks a seasoned Digital Campaign Manager to lead end-to-end online advertising across GAM, DV360 and social platforms. You will own trafficking, setup, tracking and QA to maximize ROAS and KPI delivery.

You will manage a team of Digital Campaign Executives, enforce SLA standards, develop SOPs, and collaborate with Sales and Campaign Planning to align with advertiser goals and budgets.

Formación

• Degree or diploma in advertising/commerce/communications
• 3-5 years in digital media campaign execution, trafficking and optimization
• Hands-on experience with GAM, DV360, The Trade Desk, Xandr, Meta Ads and TikTok Ads
• Strong understanding of campaign KPIs such as CTR, CPM, CPC, CPA, ROAS and viewability
• Experience with tracking tools, UTMs and conversion pixels
• Proficient in ad operations, troubleshooting delivery issues and working with ad verification tools
• Strong analytical, time management and detail-oriented skills
• Teamwork and project management skills to ensure seamless execution

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end campaign setup, trafficking and execution across ad networks
• Monitor daily campaign performance and optimize budgets, targeting and bids
• QA creatives, tags, pixels and ad placements
• Collaborate with Sales and Campaign Planning to align with advertiser goals
• Generate weekly and post-campaign reports and insights
• Lead and mentor Digital Campaign Executives and enforce SLA adherence
