Job summary

Salt Digital Recruitment is partnering with a boutique digital marketing agency to hire a Senior Digital Account Executive to drive client servicing and campaign delivery in Kuala Lumpur.

This role offers autonomy with strong leadership support, opportunities to work across Creative, Social and Digital teams, and a clear path to senior responsibilities over time. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, interpret data to provide actionable insights, and grow with the agency.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in client servicing, preferably in an agency environment.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with confidence to lead client conversations.
• Ability to manage campaigns end-to-end, coordinate with internal teams, and solve problems quickly.
• Strategic thinking - able to interpret data, plan ahead, and provide actionable insights.
• Organised, proactive, and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Drive client servicing and campaign delivery for assigned accounts.
• Lead client conversations with confidence and clarity.
• Coordinate with internal Creative, Social and Digital teams to execute campaigns.
• Identify issues early and problem-solve to keep campaigns on track.
