Job summary

UnRavel is seeking a dynamic Client Servicing Executive in Malaysia to build and maintain strong client relationships and ensure successful execution of digital marketing campaigns. You will be the key contact between clients and our internal teams, driving client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.

Responsibilities include planning campaigns, coordinating with creative, content, and performance teams, ensuring timely delivery, and providing campaign insights and updates to clients.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in client servicing, account management, or a related role in a digital marketing agency.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing and familiarity with tools and platforms (SEO, Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, Analytics Tools, Facebook Ad Manager, Programmatic).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work well under pressure.
