Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in practice development, business development or sales
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, healthcare administration or a related field
• Proven track record of establishing and scaling partnerships or accounts within healthcare markets
• Experience in developing and executing business development strategies that have delivered measurable results
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills with experience managing complex commercial partnerships
• Proficiency in CRM systems and business development tools
• Self-motivated and results-driven with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop and cultivate strategic partnerships with dental practices, clinics and healthcare providers to expand the reach of company services
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging opportunities and trends within the dental and orthodontic sector
• Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies to drive revenue growth and market penetration
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, practice managers, orthodontists and clinic owners
• Present solutions to prospective partners, demonstrating value propositions and competitive advantages
• Negotiate commercial agreements and partnership terms to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes
• Support the implementation of sales initiatives and marketing campaigns targeted at practice acquisition
• Monitor competitor activities and market dynamics to inform strategic recommendations
