Job summary

TITAN DENTAL SOLUTIONS Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an Angel Aligner Relationship Manager to build and maintain strong relationships with dental professionals and support clinics in adopting Angel Aligner solutions. As the primary contact for clinics, you will deliver product and clinical training, assist with case evaluations, and coordinate with internal teams for seamless service delivery.

Qualifications

Experience in client relationship management, sales, business development, or customer support.
Strong interest in a career combining dentistry, relationship management and sales.

Excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

Actively support clinics in growing Angel Aligner cases with case selection and workflow guidance.
Co-manage cases with dentists, provide insights, and ensure confidence in Angel Aligner usage.
Maintain relationships with existing clinics, manage expectations, and drive long-term satisfaction.
Identify and onboard new clinic partners to expand market presence.
Conduct regular clinic visits to build rapport, provide support, and uncover growth opportunities.
Lead in-clinic activities, campaigns, and collaborations to raise visibility of Angel Aligner.
Deliver training sessions and product briefs to empower clinics to succeed.
Identify opportunities to grow case submissions and achieve sales targets.
