Randstad Sourceright Sdn Bhd in Malaysia seeks a Supply Chain Planning professional to lead demand and supply integration across products from 3rd party vendors. You will manage forecast accuracy, inventory (wafer / die / WIP / FG) and lead times to maximize delivery performance and revenue.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including manufacturing, logistics, and sales to optimize plans, drive continuous improvement, and mitigate supply risks through proactive recovery actions.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Supply Chain, Engineering or Operation Planning.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a supervisor, manager, or similar relevant position.
• Minimum 5 years' related working experience in Supply Chain Planning.

Aufgaben

• Lead supply prioritization, allocation management, and expedite governance activities during constrained supply situations
• Evaluate customer priorities, revenue impact, supply constraints, operational capacity, and business trade-offs to support fact-based decision making
• Assess end-to-end supply chain implications before recommending pull-ins, expedites, decommits, schedule changes, or allocation adjustments
• Function as a key member of platform and business teams providing supply status in relation to overall demand requirement while facilitating effective communication between supply chain, sales/marketing, manufacturing, customer services, OSAT and all related support functions
• Provide management with clear recommendations on customer commitments, recovery options, allocation scenarios, and risk mitigation plans
• Order fulfillment tracking with timely feedback to customer service / sales / marketing
• Work with related stakeholders on recovery plan, correction actions and contingency plan when delays are anticipated or occur
• Identify and drive continuous improvement opportunities to streamline delivery fulfillment process and improve accuracy and efficiency within business operations activities
• Conduct weekly supply and open order review to highlight any supply gap or constraints to meet plans well in advance
• Conduct monthly demand/supply plan review to identify constraints within the planning horizon and manage potential supply risk
