Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical & Electronics/Software Engineering or Information Systems.
Hands-on or theoretical knowledge in SQL Server, Oracle, Linux and Windows environments.
Familiarity with Java, PowerShell and Python is advantageous.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Willing to work day and night shifts.

Responsibilities

Provide L2 support for database operations across incidents, requests, changes and problems.
Offer 24/7 operational support and participate in major incidents.
Ensure SLA targets and high-quality incident handling.
Monitor and improve database performance and availability.
Install, upgrade and patch database systems as required.
Develop and maintain database reports, dashboards, and procedures.
Leverage AI/automation to optimize IT operations and workflows.
