Job summary

GRIT is seeking an experienced Technical Data Centre Program Manager in Kuala Lumpur to lead large-scale data centre projects from design through handover. We require 15+ years in data centre construction or critical infrastructure, with hyperscale and Tier III+ experience and strong M&E knowledge, including UPS, generators, chillers and BMS/SCADA.

You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams, manage schedules, budgets, risks and commercial matters, ensuring safety, compliance and a smooth

Qualifications

15+ years of experience in data centre construction, commissioning or critical infrastructure projects.
Strong mechanical and electrical engineering knowledge across data centre systems.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale data centre projects.
Manage design, procurement, construction, commissioning and handover activities.
Oversee critical M&E infrastructure including UPS, generators, chillers, HVAC, LV/MV systems and BMS/SCADA.
Manage EPC / Design & Build contractors, consultants and vendors.
Support grid connection, energisation and utility coordination.
Manage project schedules, budgets, risks, claims and commercial matters.
Ensure compliance with relevant data centre, safety and engineering standards.
Support operational readiness and smooth transition to the operations team.
