Turner & Townsend seeks an experienced Senior Cost Manager to lead cost management and commercial advisory services for mission-critical data centre projects across the full lifecycle.

The role requires strong experience in MEP or CSA disciplines, leading procurement, strategic cost planning, and client advisory services from inception through completion. Candidates with significant MEP data centre expertise are preferred.

Qualifications

• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Cost Management, Construction Management, Civil/Structural/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
• MRICS or equivalent accreditation preferred.
• 10–15 years of experience in Cost Management, QS, Commercial Management, or project cost consultancy.
• Proven experience delivering data centre, mission-critical, advanced technology, semiconductor, industrial, or large-scale infrastructure projects.
• Strong experience across pre-contract and post-contract cost management functions.
• Experience in cost consultancy, project management consultancy, engineering consultancy, contractor, or client-side environments.

Responsabilités

• Lead cost planning, pre-contract services, and procurement strategies.
• Provide strategic cost advice during planning, design development, and procurement stages.
• Review tender returns, analyze pricing submissions, and prepare tender evaluation reports.
• Monitor project costs, variations, and financial performance.
• Present cost plans and reports to senior stakeholders; manage client expectations and relationships.
• Mentor Cost Managers and Quantity Surveyors and support resource planning.
