Cost Manager – CSA/MEP for High-Tech Facilities

Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking an experienced Cost Manager to deliver cost management services across large-scale manufacturing, semiconductor, and high-tech facility projects. You will lead commercial management of MEP and CSA packages, ensuring projects stay within budget with governance and commercial control.

You will collaborate with clients, project managers, design consultants, contractors and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle from concept through construction to close-out.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field.
• MRICS/AIQS/CIQS accreditation is advantageous.
• 5–10 years of experience in cost management or commercial management.
• Experience managing CSA and MEP packages on construction projects.
• Experience in advanced manufacturing, semiconductor, pharmaceutical, industrial, data centre, or mission-critical facilities.

Responsibilities

• Cost Planning & Pre-Contract services for CSA/MEP packages.
• Procurement & Tender management for CSA/MEP packages.
• Post-Contract cost management: variations, claims, final accounts.
• Cost reporting & financial control: monthly reports and forecasts.
• Project & stakeholder management: liaise with clients and engineers.
• Risk & commercial management: identify and mitigate risks.
• Team development: guide junior cost managers.
