You will work with senior team members to ensure cost control and accurate reporting across the project lifecycle.

The role offers exposure to complex, mission‑critical construction projects and requires 2–5 years in cost management, with a degree in a related field.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Cost Management, Construction Management or related discipline.
• 2–5 years of experience in cost management, quantity surveying, or construction roles.
• Exposure to CSA/building construction works is preferred.
• Experience in data centre, industrial, or large-scale projects is an advantage.
• Experience in a cost consultancy or professional services environment is preferred.
• Familiarity with cost planning, procurement, and contract administration processes.

Responsibilities

• Assist in cost planning, estimates, and budget updates for CSA works.
• Support procurement and tendering, including documentation and analyses.
• Assist in post‑contract cost management: variations, progress claims, cost tracking.
• Prepare cost reports, cash flow forecasts, and financial updates.
• Coordinate with senior cost managers, project managers, consultants, and contractors.
