Job summary

DayOne seeks a senior professional to own delivery and client relationships across data center construction and live operations. You will lead virtual delivery teams, manage end-to-end projects, and ensure service quality through SLAs and cost controls.

The role requires 7+ years in data centers or related fields, fluency in English and Mandarin, and a strong ITIL/SLA background. Based in APAC or Europe, you will engage closely with Sales, Design, and Operations teams.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in data center industry, MEP consultancy, or construction with direct delivery and client management exposure.
• Strong understanding of data center infrastructure, ITIL frameworks, and SLA management.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Fluent in Mandarin and English for engagement with DayOne's Mandarin-speaking client base.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers across project delivery and ongoing service operations.
• Lead data center construction and customization projects end-to-end with cross-functional teams.
• Manage project schedules, quality, costs, risks, and escalations through to completion and acceptance.
• Drive service performance, continuous improvement, and proactive risk mitigation during live operations.
