Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking a highly experienced Architectural Technical Lead to provide technical leadership, design oversight, and engineering support for infrastructure fit-out and newbuild data center projects across the APAC region.

This regional role, based in Singapore, requires coordinating with Clients, Consultants, Contractors and multidisciplinary teams to ensure compliant, constructible architectural solutions and successful project delivery.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Architectural Engineering, Building Design, or a related field.
• Professional Architect registration, Chartered status, or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum of 15 years in architectural design, design management and project delivery for newbuild or infrastructure fit-out.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, BIM360, ACC and related digital collaboration platforms.

Aufgaben

• Review and provide technical advice on architectural designs, drawings, specifications and development plans.
• Act as the primary client representative for architectural matters throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support design and construction progress, ensuring adherence to approved designs and codes.
• Identify design and construction risks early and provide practical mitigation recommendations.
• Coordinate with CSA, Mechanical, Electrical, Controls, EHS, Security and external stakeholders.
