As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing technical leadership, design oversight, and engineering support to ensure the successful delivery of architectural solutions across complex and mission-critical projects, preferably within data center environments. This is an exciting opportunity for a talented individual looking to excel in a regional role based in Singapore. You will act as the primary architectural representative, working collaboratively with Clients, Consultants, Contractors, and multidisciplinary engineering teams to support the development and delivery of newbuild Data Centers and critical infrastructure projects across the APAC region.

Job Description Description

Act as the primary point of contact and Client Representative for architectural engineering matters, working closely with internal teams, client representatives, stakeholders, consultants, and contractors throughout the project lifecycle. Support and monitor design and construction progress, ensuring adherence to approved architectural designs, project specifications, applicable codes, and regulatory requirements. Identify potential design, coordination, and construction issues at an early stage and provide practical recommendations to mitigate risks, delays, and cost impacts. Support technical reviews and assessments to identify opportunities for design optimization, value engineering, and improved project delivery. Maintain records of design changes, issues, and decisions, and assist in evaluating their impact on project cost, schedule, and quality. Ensure timely review, closure, and documentation of project deliverables and outstanding technical issues. Support the preparation and maintenance of project documentation, including revision control, document tracking, and final project records management.

  • Experience coordinating multidisciplinary engineering teams and managing complex stakeholder relationships.
  • Strong understanding of construction methodologies, design coordination, building systems integration, and constructability reviews.
  • Familiarity with mission-critical facilities, data centers, or large-scale infrastructure projects is highly desirable.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize activities, manage multiple deliverables, and support projects within schedule constraints.
