Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture is required.
• Licensed Architect status (local or international) preferred.
• Experience leading architectural teams on complex data center or industrial projects is expected.
• Strong proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and BIM-based delivery required.

Responsibilities

• Lead architectural design for complex, large-scale data center projects from feasibility and concept through IFC and construction support.
• Establish and maintain architectural design intent, standards, and compliance with client requirements, codes, and operational criteria.
• Approve architectural drawings, specifications, and technical submissions prior to issue.
• Resolve complex architectural and interdisciplinary design challenges independently.
• Lead and manage architectural teams across one or multiple projects, including architects and designers.
• Plan, assign, and review work to ensure quality, consistency, and timely delivery.
• Provide technical mentorship and professional development for junior staff.
• Support performance reviews and capability development within the architectural discipline.
• Oversee architectural design reviews, client workshops, and authority submissions.
