Job summary

TGV CINEMAS SDN BHD invites a seasoned data engineering leader to design and implement the Enterprise Data & AI Platform, driving data management, analytics and AI initiatives across the organisation. You will build scalable AWS-based data platforms, develop data pipelines, governance, APIs and internal web apps, and deliver enterprise dashboards using QuickSight to empower self-service analytics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Data Science or related field.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in Data Engineering, Cloud Engineering, App Development, Data Warehousing or System Integration.
• AWS, Microsoft, AI or Data Engineering certifications are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a scalable, secure AWS-based data platform.
• Develop and maintain data pipelines, integrations and governance standards.
• Ensure trusted, accessible data for analytics, reporting and AI initiatives.
• Develop APIs, integrations and reusable technology components.
• Build internal web applications and workflow automation solutions.
• Deliver enterprise dashboards and reporting solutions using Amazon QuickSight.
• Enable self-service analytics and data-driven decision-making.
• Develop AI-powered solutions to improve productivity and automate processes.
• Integrate AI capabilities into business applications.
• Establish internal ownership of data and AI platforms.
