Job summary

Amplify Health is seeking a Senior Customer Technical Implementation Lead to act as the primary technical owner for customer implementations, delivering end-to-end capability across multiple products. You will define scope, lead design, integration, and deployment, coordinating with product, architecture, and cloud/DevOps teams.

You will drive SIT/UAT, manage environment readiness, and ensure smooth go-live stabilization, while maintaining strong client relationships and governance.

Qualifications

• Over 8–10+ years in technical implementation, solution delivery, or platform integration roles.
• Strong client-facing communication and stakeholder management.
• Broad technical foundation across integrations, APIs/data flows, environments/infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary client-facing technical lead for customer implementations.
• Own end-to-end technical delivery across multiple Amplify Health products.
• Lead integration design with customer systems (APIs, data interfaces, batch/real-time).
• Coordinate readiness inputs and drive SIT/UAT and go-live activities.
• Coordinate security, resilience and governance activities as required.
