Job summary

RAPSYS TECHNOLOGIES PTE LTD is seeking a Senior CRM Developer in Kuala Lumpur to lead CRM initiatives and optimize customer relationship platforms.

You will design and implement CRM plugins, workflows, and server-side logic, with a track record of end-to-end service module implementations and team leadership. React JS experience or CRM integration exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

• 8-10 years of experience in application development, with at least 4 years in a technical lead capacity for Dynamics CRM.
• Strong proficiency in designing and implementing plugins, custom workflows, and server-side logic.
• Completed at least one end to end service module implementation.
• Experience in designing and implementing the service/sales module solution in team lead capacity.
• Good to have React JS development or integration with CRM exposure.

• Lead and optimize CRM systems to improve business processes.
• Design and implement CRM plugins and custom workflows with robust server-side logic.
• Deliver end-to-end service module implementations and drive CRM integration efforts.
• Mentor team members and lead technical directions for CRM projects.
