Job summary

FWD Group is seeking a senior technology leader to define and drive the Life & Health front-end technology Solutions Delivery across markets. You will lead the PAS modernization, cloud-native design, and DevOps practices while aligning with business goals and IT architecture.

You will manage multi-geography teams, prioritize initiatives, and ensure measurable outcomes. Strong leadership, agile delivery, and deep insurance tech experience are essential.

Qualifications

• University degree in Computer Science or Information Technology, or equivalent.
• Minimum 12 years IT experience with 5+ years in senior management.
• Proven track record in managing front-end systems and life-insurance IT projects.

Responsibilities

• Define technology solution roadmap across Life systems and cloud-based apps.
• Lead PAS development and DevOps modernization for scalable delivery.
• Collaborate with markets and tech groups to prioritize and execute initiatives.
• Budget planning, risk management and stakeholder communications.
• Mentor IT teams and ensure project governance across geographies.
• Standardize and modernize life systems across multiple markets.
