Job summary

TDCX seeks a senior technical sales engineer to act as the main technical expert and sales accelerator within a fast-paced, partner-led Cloud ecosystem. You will remove architectural blockers, validate customer requirements, and design scalable Cloud solutions for enterprise deals.

In this role, you will collaborate with channel networks, conduct whiteboard sessions, and build hands-on prototypes across Core Infrastructure, Data Analytics, or AI-enabled Workplace domains.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
• Must hold a professional-level Cloud certification (e.g., Professional Cloud Architect) or a specialized track certification (e.g., Data, Security, DevOps, or Workspace Administration).
• Minimum of 5 years as a technical sales engineer or in a customer-facing systems engineering role within a Cloud environment.

Responsibilities

• Architectural engineering and technical validation to translate requirements into scalable cloud blueprints.
• Lead technical consultations with third-party channel networks and deliver solution briefings and prototypes.
• Collaborate with BD dirs, sales, and field teams to resolve blockers and present unified technical solutions to enterprise buyers.
• Document architectural confirmations and milestones in Salesforce with rigorous governance.
