Job summary

Teleport, Southeast Asia’s #1 integrated logistics provider, moves things across the region with next-day delivery ambitions. As a Senior Executive, Customer Success, you will bridge our key customers and the operational network, driving customer success, capacity planning, and issue resolution.

You will monitor performance, coordinate with Operations, Network Planning and Tech, and own end-to-end troubleshooting.

Qualifications

• Industry experience in Customer Success, Key Account Management, or Operations within logistics, air cargo, or supply chain is preferred.
• Thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment with good decision-making.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong analytical and data-driven troubleshooting abilities.
• Proficient in Excel and Google Workspace; solid project management and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Customer champion and operational execution: monitor KPIs, SLAs, and report to leadership and clients.
• Oversee capacity planning, bookings, and on-time pickup and delivery execution.
• Trace cargo issues, manage escalations, and optimize routing across networks.
• Collaborate with Operations, Network Planning and Tech to implement lasting solutions.
