Job summary

Mason & Co is seeking an Executive/Sr. Exec Customer Service to manage end-to-end customer service operations, including inquiries, order processing, complaints, delivery coordination and stock management.

You will handle inquiries across multiple channels, process orders and invoices, resolve complaints and coordinate with branches and warehouses to ensure timely deliveries. Power BI reports and CRM pricing management are part of the role.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Excel and Word; ERP experience is an added advantage.
• Strong attention to detail with good accuracy and organizational skills.
• Team-oriented, adaptable and able to work in a collaborative environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Chinese is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries and orders via phone, email, chat and walk-in channels with prompt, professional service.
• Process orders, invoices, delivery orders and related requests accurately and efficiently.
• Address and follow up on customer complaints, coordinating with relevant departments for timely resolution.
• Coordinate with branches, Purchasing and Warehouse teams on stock availability and delivery arrangements.
• Maintain accurate customer and transaction records including verification, credit notes and stock adjustments.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports using Power BI and manage promotional pricing through the CRM system.
