Job summary

Avnet is seeking an experienced customer support professional to respond to inquiries, expedite critical orders, and resolve issues promptly. You will maintain records and assist sales with quotes, tracking, and invoicing while ensuring customer satisfaction.

The role emphasizes process improvement, accurate record-keeping, and strong problem-solving in a fast-paced environment. Fluency in multiple languages is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of related experience.
• Must have computer, email, phone, communication and problem solving skills.
• May require fluency in more than one language.
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment and multi-task.
• Excellent customer relations and problem resolution abilities.

Responsibilities

• Quote preparation, order tracking, backlog processing, invoicing, returns and customer credit support to sales team and/or external customers.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and KPIs.
• Maintain and update electronic and/or hard copy records.
• Resolve customer claims and complaints fairly and effectively.
• Other duties as assigned.
