Job summary

Avnet is seeking a Customer Support Specialist to respond to inquiries, expedite critical orders, and resolve issues. You will research orders, communicate dispositions, and help ensure speedy, accurate processing in a fast-paced environment.

In this role, you will support the sales team with quotes, order tracking, invoicing, returns, and back-office tasks, while maintaining strong customer relations and ensuring compliance with applicable laws.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must have computer, email, phone, communication and problem solving skills.
• Must be able to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment.
• May require fluency in more than one language.

Responsibilities

• Responds to customer inquiries, expedites critical orders, researches orders and resolves issues.
• May provide quote preparation, order tracking, backlog processing, invoicing, returns and other sales support.
• Identifies opportunities to improve processes and KPIs.
• Maintains electronic or hard copy records.
• Collaborates with sales teams and external customers as needed.
