Job summary

Food Excellence Specialist Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a Senior Customer Service Executive (NDC Plant) to manage customer orders, coordinate fulfilment, and handle inquiries with a focus on timely processing of orders.

The role requires Mandarin proficiency and excellent English communication in a cross-functional environment. The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years in commercial operations, ability to work with Sales and Planning teams, and be self-motivated to drive customer satisfaction

Qualifications

• Diploma/STPM/SPM with relevant working experience in commercial support, sales administration, customer service, or related functions.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in commercial operations.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and capable of working effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Proficiency in Mandarin is required to communicate with Mandarin-speaking customers.

Responsibilities

• Customer Order Management – check PO details, create SO, issue order confirmation, monitor open orders and ensure timely processing.
• Order Fulfilment Coordination – coordinate with Sales and Planner to confirm CRD, monitor changes to order schedules, coordinate order amendments and urgent requests.
• Customer Communication – respond to customer enquiries promptly and professionally, provide updates on order progress.
• Customer Complaints – coordinate with relevant departments for investigation and resolution, follow up on corrective actions and closure.
• Sample Request – receive and process customer sample request, coordinate sample preparation and track status updates.
• Account Receivable Support – follow up with customers on payment status when required.
• Perform other customer service-related duties as assigned.
