Job summary

ULTRA CLEAN TECHNOLOGY (MALAYSIA) SDN. BHD. is seeking a Customer Program Spec II in Malaysia to manage order data, customer communications and commercial milestones. You will maintain dashboards, support CPM-related processes and help secure on-time shipments in a fast-paced semiconductor environment.

The role requires 3–5 years of semiconductor or related industry experience, a bachelor’s degree, and strong skills in ERP and negotiations. This is a full-time position based in Penang, Malaysia.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in technical, business, or financial discipline.
• 3–5 years’ experience in a semiconductor or similar industry.
• Experience with order management and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Follows documented order management and commercial procedures.
• Maintains Customer Dashboards and ERP records with weekly updates.
• Owns all order management deliverables and ensures on-time shipments.
