Job summary

Ultra Clean Technology in Malaysia is seeking a Customer Program Specialist II to manage orders and coordinate between customers and internal teams.

You will maintain dashboards, track on-time delivery, and assist in quoting and commercial activities, with a focus on meeting site commit dates and customer need dates.

Candidates should have 3–5 years in semiconductor or related field, a bachelor’s degree, and experience with ERP systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in technical, business, or financial discipline for Level 2-3.
• 3-5 years’ experience in a semiconductor or similar industry Level 1-2.
• Successful completion of a negotiation certification course desired.

Responsibilities

• Follows documented order management and commercial procedures.
• Regular phone calls/emails with customer to provide order and commercial status.
• Maintain Customer Dashboards, scorecards, & UCT ERP system – weekly updates.
• Owns all order management deliverables to meet OTD to commit & need by date goals.
• Resolves production scheduling & shipping blocks in the ERP or escalations.
• Ensures sales order customer need date changes are managed to protect the frozen window.
• Negotiate with Customer drop-ins and pull-in orders and assess impact on production schedule.
• Publish a daily production schedule report showing history and alignment.
• Owns all effective communications and closures to the commercial responsibilities listed.
• Prepare quotes for review/approval and submit to customers.
• Resolves invoicing problems with Customer & UCT Finance.
• Negotiate pricing changes and escalate blockers as needed.
• May produce revenue forecast for a product line/site.
• Manage and report consignment/PACE inventory OTD & levels weekly.
• Manage and report Customer owned inventory quarterly.
