Job summary

DHL Global Forwarding (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd in Bayan Lepas, Penang, is seeking a Specialist Professional Customer Operations to execute customer operations plans and ensure smooth flow of goods across the customer's global supply chain.

You will support the sales team, manage orders, resolve delivery issues, monitor capacities, and maintain updated system information on shortages and pricing while delivering cost-effective, high-quality service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in Logistics, Freight Forwarding, or related field.
• Good communication skills are required.
• Good time management and ability to work on weekends and 24x7 shifts.
• Results-driven, proactive, and adaptable to changing business needs.

Responsibilities

• Execute customer operations plans and processes to deliver efficient logistics.
• Manage and update orders received via the system including special and non-assigned orders.
• Ensure flow of goods and information across a customer’s global supply chain and resolve delivery issues.
• Support sales team with quotations, exception deal management, and billing corrections.
• Draft reports on inquiries, sales trends, and service issues for management.
