Job summary

Air Liquide Malaysia is seeking a Senior Customer Services Executive to oversee daily order fulfillment and deliver outstanding service. You will support the Lead on projects aimed at improving efficiency and customer satisfaction.

You will be the primary contact for customer requests across phone, email and portal, coordinate with logistics for timely delivery and accurate billing, and drive issue resolution and continuous improvement in line with ISO policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• 3–4 years in sales administration or customer service.
• Strong problem-solving and customer-centric mindset.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily order fulfillment and customer service support.
• Coordinate with logistics and asset management for on-time delivery and billing.
• Manage credit/debit notes and customer inquiries.
