• Well-versed in using data generation tools to perform day-to-day tasks such as generating analytics insights and campaign leads opportunities and fulfillments from granular data points.
• Coach junior staff to improve their technical and method of preparing analytical/ campaign deliverables and supervise their work quality and efficiency.
• Possess good analytical skills to conduct new analysis in understanding customers, its impact and opportunities.
• Good coordination skills to drive the execution of new opportunities with retail business, retail marketing, retail distribution, data providers and analytic modellers.
• Adopt and execute advance analytics practices to deepen the quality of insights and campaign leads.
