Maxis in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a senior CSR leader to drive assigned programmes such as eKelas and related initiatives. You will design delivery plans, manage cross-functional teams, and ensure outcomes meet timelines and budgets.

You will grow participation, partner with content and communications teams, and build strategic relationships with stakeholders to unlock co-creation opportunities while aligning with global SROI standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead assigned CSR programme delivery.
• Drive eKelas participation, engagement and digital growth.
• Develop stakeholder relationships and partnerships.
• Drive vendor performance, budgets and programme resources.
• Design CSR impact measurement and verification frameworks.
• Guide impact reporting and continuous improvement.
• Drive CSR governance and community initiatives.
• Support strategic sustainability projects and initiatives.
