Qualifications

• Experience leading CSR programmes and cross-functional delivery teams is desirable.
• Ability to manage budgets and coordinate stakeholders across multiple partners.
• Strong written and verbal communication for executive updates.

Responsabilités

• Lead assigned CSR programme delivery, including objectives, plans and performance measures.
• Drive eKelas participation, engagement and digital growth with content, digital and comms teams.
• Develop stakeholder relationships and partnerships to foster collaboration and co-creation.
• Define and govern vendor deliverables within approved budgets and timelines.
• Design CSR impact measurement and verification frameworks aligned with global standards.
• Guide impact reporting and drive continuous improvements to programme design and execution.
• Support governance and community initiatives, including policy reviews and donations assessment.
• Support strategic sustainability projects and translate goals into actionable delivery plans.
