Job summary

Maxis is seeking a senior CSR leader in Malaysia to drive strategic CSR programmes, stakeholder engagement, and governance. You will lead cross-functional teams to implement objectives, manage budgets, and deliver measurable social impact.

You will shape reporting to executives and external stakeholders while advancing the company’s sustainability agenda and digital inclusion initiatives across communities.

Responsibilities

• Lead assigned CSR programme delivery (eKelas, eKelas Usahawan) with strategic objectives, delivery plans and performance measures.
• Drive the strategic growth, usage and engagement of eKelas as a premier digital learning hub, coordinating content, digital and communications teams.
• Develop stakeholder relationships and partnerships to drive high-impact collaboration and co-creation opportunities.
• Define, negotiate and govern vendor deliverables within approved programmes and manage budgets and risks.
• Design CSR impact measurement frameworks aligned with global standards to quantify social impact for executives.
• Ensure impact reporting aligns with global frameworks and present substantiated updates to management and external stakeholders.
• Shape CSR governance, review policy updates and adjudicate donation and humanitarian proposals.
• Support sustainability projects by translating goals into actionable delivery plans with project owners.
