Job summary

Maxis is seeking a senior, technically skilled professional to lead Sustainability & CSR controls. You will ensure complete, auditable disclosures and readiness for assurance across Group functions, aligning with ISSA 5000, IFRS S1/S2 (ISSB), SASB and related standards.

You will design the company-wide control framework, oversee evidence standards, and coordinate adherence while protecting regulatory compliance, investor confidence and corporate integrity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Environmental Science, Engineering or related discipline.
• 8–10 years’ relevant experience in controls, audit, assurance or regulated reporting. Sustainability experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design and own the Sustainability & CSR control environment across the company.
• Lead data completeness assessments and evidence sufficiency for disclosed metrics.
• Coordinate assurance readiness and act as main technical contact for external assurance providers.
• Design measurement methodologies and verification frameworks aligned with global standards.
• Own budget direction and supervision for Sustainability & CSR controls and assurance.
