Job summary

The role requires a Diploma or Degree in Accounting/Finance, 3–4 years in credit control or AR, familiarity with SAP, and strong communication with cross-functional teams. Freight forwarding or logistics experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 3-4 years of experience in Credit Control, Accounts Receivable, or a similar role
• Strong knowledge of credit management and accounting principles
• Experience with SAP is an added advantage

Responsibilities

• Monitor customer accounts and ensure timely collection of outstanding invoices
• Follow up on overdue payments and accounts exceeding approved credit terms
• Assess collection risks and recommend appropriate action plans
• Process and evaluate new customer credit applications
• Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies promptly
• Liaise with customers, Sales, Operations, Shared Service Centre, and external parties
• Prepare collection reports and provide updates on outstanding balances
• Maintain accurate customer master data and account records
