Job summary

AYER Holdings Berhad seeks a Senior Executive/Assistant Manager Cost & Contract (Quantity Surveying) to support cost estimations, feasibility studies, and budget forecasts. You will monitor budgets, coordinate contract administration, and ensure compliance while engaging with consultants and internal teams on tendering and vendor evaluation.

The role involves final accounts support and safeguarding the company’s commercial interests, with responsibilities across contract administration and cost

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in cost estimation, contract administration, quantity surveying, or project cost control.
• Work experience in a Quantity Surveyor Consultancy Firm and/or a Property Developer.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing detailed cost estimations, initial feasibility studies, and comprehensive budget forecasts.
• Monitor ongoing expenditures against approved budgets to help identify variances and track financial risks.
• Coordinate the lifecycle of contract administration, including compiling agreements, checking variation orders, and verifying progress claims.
• Assist in managing the final accounts process while ensuring full contractual compliance and supporting the protection of the company's commercial interests.
• Coordinate with consultants and internal teams for all tendering activities and the sourcing of work packages.
• Assist in compiling tender documents and organizing vendor submissions for evaluation.
• Attend to any other duties as may be assigned by the Management from time to time.
